I have been providing client services as an accounting professional since 2019.

The first stop in my career was at a large accounting firm, in assurance services. I learned very early into this experience that for me, the most meaningful work in this profession would not be found on wall street, but on main street. I wanted to understand the numbers behind the local pizzeria or mechanic shop, not the big, publicly traded brands. I also wanted to learn what wealth building and tax savings looked like for every age and stage of life.

I soon took my career in a different direction, and joined a smaller, regional Central Texas accounting firm in a hybrid assurance and tax role. At this firm, I learned how small businesses file taxes and prepare financial statements, and I learned how individuals and families that have a tax professional to call on can benefit from clarity on their personal tax situation. It was during my time at this firm that I earned my CPA license in 2021. 

In 2023, after four tax seasons working under some incredible managers and partners, it was the right time for me to launch this practice.

My clients are members of their local communities, whether they are a side-hustling solopreneur, a tradesman, a professor, a small business owner, or a member of the clergy. I enjoy learning, communicating, and delivering on how each taxpayer can best stay compliant with the their tax filing requirements and use the tax code to legally minimize their tax burden.
